The dealer has to qualify with a queen high or better in order to pay off on the raise bet.

How to Play Tri Card Poker
Tri-Card Poker is played between you and the Dealer with a standard 52-card deck. There are two betting schemes offered in the game: standard play and Pair Plus. The object of the standard game is to hold a higher hand than the Dealer. The object of Pair Plus is to bet that you will be dealt a hand with a pair of matching cards or a higher valued set, such as a Straight or Flush. You can choose to bet on one or both betting schemes in each round of play. The bets do not have to be the same.
Player’s Turn
Click on the chip value that you want to bet, and it will automatically be placed as your Ante wager. If you want to play the Pair Plus version too, click the Pair Plus diamond, then the chip you want to bet. Click Deal to begin the round of play. You are dealt three cards face up and the Dealer gets three cards face down. Click Raise to double your Ante bet if you think you have a higher hand than the Dealer. Click Fold if you don’t, ending the current game and forfeiting the Ante and Pair Plus bets.
Dealer’s Turn
After Raising, the Dealer reveals their cards. The Dealer must have a Queen or higher to qualify and continue the round of play. The hands are compared, and if the Dealer has the highest hand, you lose both your Ante and Raise bets. If the Dealer does not have at least a Queen, the Dealer defaults. You are paid even money on the Ante bet and the Raise is returned as a push.
You Win When
Your Tri-Card Poker hand outranks the Dealer’s hand, or if you Raise and the Dealer does not qualify because they don’t have at least a Queen. You win the Pair Plus if you are dealt a pair or higher.

Ante Bonus
If you are dealt a straight or better, you win an Ante bonus.

Pair Plus Bonus
The Pair Plus is won if your hand has a pair or higher. The Pair Plus wager is a separate wager that is not measured against the Dealer’s hand — it is paid out based on the rank of the hand dealt.

- Straight Flush is highest valued hand, paying out 40:1
- Three-of-a-Kind pays out 30:1
- Straight pays out 6:1
- Flush pays out 4:1
- One Pair pays out 1:1
If you bet on the Ante and fold, the Pair Plus wager is also forfeited.
Jackpot Information

Deal: Button that begins the round of play after you ante up.
Flush: Three cards of the same suit, but not in sequence, for example, A-9-3 of Diamonds.
Fold: Button that throws out your cards and ends the current round of play. You forfeit all bets on this round.
Pair: Two cards of the same rank, with another unmatched card.
Pairs Plus: Additional side wager won by scoring a pair or higher in your hand.
Raise: Click Bet to double your bet and continue the round of play.
Rebet: Button that repeats your previous wager scheme (Ante and Pairs Plus Bet, if added) and begins a round of play.
Straight: Three cards in sequence.
Straight Flush: Three cards in sequence, all in the same suit.
Three-of-a-Kind: Three cards of the same rank.
